Gabrielle Giffords, Mark Kelly scale French Alps

Reuters: Former Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords traveled to the French Alps on Monday with her astronaut husband Mark Kelly.

Giffords, still recovering from wounds after being shot last year, was on her first trip outside the United States since the January 2011 shooting.
