@ambookgeek just told me about how to make some delicious peppers. It’s so easy.
Cook the peppers down with onions in olive oil. Sliced to same width and length. Cook for about 6-8 minutes.
Add 1 Tsp each of low sodium soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. Add a little bit of sugar.
I want to make this even though my housemate doesn’t like peppers.
