It’s like, ‘Ah, it’s them, right there in front of you!’ They’re not from another world.’” It was nevertheless an alien experience to Arps when a motorcade of police officers and black SUVs filled with Secret Service agents followed by a throng of reporters mobbed the Mexican fast-food eatery yesterday morning. “All of a sudden you see these black SUVs come up really quick and I thought we were about to get robbed,” he recalled.
